All sales are final. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. We do not accept returns and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis, only with cause (for example, if there's an issue with your package, or with delivery).

All packages delivered do not require signature or physical hand-off to designated recipient submitted at checkout. 3rd party delivery services, as contracted by Foundation Consumer Healthcare, LLC and its associated partners, will deliver to drop-off locations as close to the final delivery address that is deemed, by the delivery courier, as secure and within access to end recipient at that time.

Foundation Consumer Healthcare is not responsible for any lost or stolen product after delivery.

Damaged Package or Order Discrepancy – If you received a damaged package or there is a discrepancy in your Plan B One-Step order, call Customer Care immediately at 1‐800‐330‐1271. We'll need your order number and the reason for your call. Shipping charges can't be refunded.

Foundation Consumer Healthcare, LLC reserves the right to revise or amend this policy at any time without advance notice or advertisement.
